BTV Mall Redevelopment Process
View allIn October of 2019, the developers of CityPlace Burlington presented a redesigned version of their project to City Council. Since that time, they have worked with their architects and engineers to refine the design. Representatives from the developer’s technical team held two informational sessions on Thursday, January 30, to update the community and solicit on feedback on their new design. BTC Mall Associates, the owner/developer of CityPlace Burlington, held another public meeting on February 27th, 2020.
